Training
For young horses, we offer training from first time haltering, to most areas of ground training including in hand trail training.
For horses of a riding age, we also offer first time saddle training up to just tuning up the broke horse for spring trail riding or to prepare for the show ring.
Is your horse out of shape? Physical conditioning is also available, just give us a call.
Our training packages includes board, tying, riding with other horses, outside riding, clipping if requested, farrier training, bathing, lunging and an open venue for requests of special needs.
Horses are bedded in over sized stalls, which are cleaned day. Boarded horses are turned out daily, and fed a very high quality Alfalfa or Alfalfa grass mixture. Equiprime feed and supplements round out a very special and complete feeding program included in your training fees.
Trailer parking while your horse is boarded with us is available on occasion.
As part of their training, horses will be acclimated to a quad, tractor, dogs, wild turkey and deer. We also have regular scheduled events to keep the horses learning about a social environment.
